天津天海同步器有限公司技术创新分析
摘 要
我国中小企业对国民经济的贡献率不断提高，特别是在满足人们多样化和个性化需求、实现社会化专业协作、进行科技创新和增加社会就业总量等方面发挥出日益重要的作用。但是，近年来我国中小企业的发展也面临着融资难、社会服务体系不健全、信息缺乏、企业管理水平低、市场竞争能力弱、整体素质有待提高等一些亟待解决的老问题，同时又面临不断产生的新问题。正确认识我国中小企业发展的现状和所面临的问题，对于促进我国国民经济健康可持续发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文主要描述了企业创新的相关理论，创新的定义，企业技术创新的意义以及中小企业对我国经济发展的重要性。通过对天津天海公司的概况、现状、存在的问题的描述，充分说明企业技术创新的紧迫性和重要性。
中小企业经营者要利用一切条件建立科技信息网络,充分利用政府提供的技术支撑体系和培训机构,大力提高自己的技术创新能力,积极进行产业结构和产品结构的调整。

ABSTRACT
China's small and medium-sized contribution rate of the national economy continued to improve, especially in people to meet the demand for diversified and personalized, social and professional collaboration to carry out scientific and technological innovation and increasing total employment and other aspects of social play an increasingly important role. However, in recent years the development of SMES in China is also facing difficulties in financing, social service system is inadequate, lack of information, low levels of enterprise management, market competition ability, to enhance the overall quality of some old problems in urgent need of solution, while constantly facing generated new problems. A correct understanding of the status quo of China's SME development and the problems faced by the health of our national economy to promote sustainable development is of great practical significance.
This paper describes the relevance of innovation theory, the definition of innovation, enterprise, and the significance of technological innovation of SMES to the importance of China's economic development. Tianjin Tianhai through an overview of the company, status, description of problems, and fully explain the urgency of enterprises in technological innovation and importance.
Small and medium-sized operators to take advantage of all the conditions for the establishment of scientific and technological information network, make full use of the Government to provide the technical support system and training institutions, and vigorously to improve their technological innovation capability, actively engaged in the industrial structure and product structure adjustment.
