摘要
自中国改革开放以来，中国对经济政治等领域进行了大刀阔斧的改革。特别是在经济制度的创新和政府经济职能的完善等方面有了质的飞跃。目前中国还是发展中国家，在很多领域上的经验不如发达国家，特别是以美国为首的西方国家。美国是现今世界上经济最发达的国家，在政府经济职能的研究与实践方面都有着先进的经验，我国政府可以通过参考其优秀经验，结合中国的实际情况，解决中国政府经济职能所存在的不足，更好地调控经济和发展经济。然而即使是美国政府在经济职能上也存在不足的方面，中国在吸取其优秀经验的同时也需要以其不足的一面作为经验借鉴，避免在日后的发展过程中再次犯错。当然，中国政府在实现经济职能上也存在自身的优势，中国在学习和借鉴美国经验的同时也要保持和利用好自身的优势。
