2008年金融危机下中外政府的经济政策比较分析

摘 要

从美国次贷危机开始，到全球股市持续下跌，金融危机全面爆发。随着金融危机迅速波及到实体经济，世界经济面临衰退。与全球经济融为一体的中国经济，增长速度明显放缓。
金融危机爆发以来，将濒临破产的企业国有化是资本主义国家救市最突出的特点，各大经济体不断推出新的救市经济政策，并由独立救市转向合作救市。认真分析金融危机对中国经济带来的影响，中国政府应全面提高驾驭市场经济的能力，采取针对性的措施，稳定社会经济发展预期，贯彻落实科学发展观，改变旧有的经济发展模式。
纵观历史，金融危机在重创世界经济之后都会催生新的发展机遇，抓住机遇的国家，都将是世界经济的引领者，并占据新一轮发展的制高点。在探求改革的道路上，“绿色经济”、“低碳经济”已经成为中国经济社会发展的主旋律。

Comparative analysis of the 2008 financial crisis and foreign government's economic policy

Abstract

With the financial crisis quickly spread to the real economy, the world economy is facing recession. China's economic integration with the global economy, the growth rate slowed considerably.
     Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, the brink of bankruptcy and nationalization of enterprises is the capitalist countries bailout of the most prominent characteristics of the major economies continue to introduce new bailout economic policy by independent bailout steering cooperation bailout. Careful analysis of the impact of the financial crisis on China's economy, the Chinese Government should comprehensively improve the ability to control the market economy, and targeted measures to stabilize the social and economic development is expected to implement the scientific concept of development, to change the old model of economic development.
     Throughout history, the financial crisis hit the world economy after the birth of a new development opportunities for countries to seize the opportunity, will be the leader of the world economy, and to occupy the commanding heights of the new round of development.
