众和公司人才招聘工作改进方法对策


摘  要

本文以新疆众和股份有限公司为研究对象,运用现代招聘的一般原理与方法,并结合国内外知名企业的人才招聘工作进行剖析,了解其成功经验。同时,本文结合众和公司的自身情况及其由于在校园招聘方面存在的招聘宣传不足,人才选拔方法单一,缺乏科学的招聘反馈评估,而导致的人员流失率大,招聘不能满足企业需要等问题,探讨能够解决众和公司在校园招聘中所存在问题的方法。众和公司在招聘方面存在的问题有其个性,也有共性的方面,本文根据众和公司的实际情况,侧重于如何解决问题方面得讨论。期望通过本文的分析研究,理清众和公司解决以上问题的思路。同时希望对其他存在类似问题的企业有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Xinjiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd. is the study of this paper. I have used the general principles and modern methods of recruitment, and I have learned from talent recruitment of famous business.Meanwhile, I find that personnel selection methods of Xinjiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd are simple and Xinjiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd. lack scientific recruitment feedback assessment, especially,its presence on campus recruitment lack of publicity, which led to the large staff turn over. These are all in accordance with the public and Xinjiang's actual conditions. Therefore, recruitment can not meet the business needs of the problem.I explore the public and companies can solve problems in terms of on campus recruiting methods.The company's recruitment problems have not only its personality, but also common aspects.So I hope to solve the problems of Xinjiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd.What’s more,I want to recommend other companies which have similar problems.
