旅游企业借壳上市研究—基于西安曲江文化旅游集团视角

摘要：随着中国经济的发展，旅游业在国内生产总值中所占的比例越来越大，旅游业的作用也越来越明显。旅游业的快速发展，必将促进中国经济的快速发展。但旅游企业的融资问题是一个很现实、也是亟待解决的经济问题和社会问题。受2008年金融危机的影响，旅游企业资金短缺的问题更加突出。
为了解决资金不足的问题，有一部分旅游企业选择借壳上市。文章从西安曲江文化旅游集团入手，以西安曲江文化旅游集团的现状和长安信息集团存在的问题为切入点，分析了借壳上市的原因及壳资源的选择等一系列问题，指出旅游企业借壳融资过程中应注意的问题，并提出促进我国旅游业的持续快速发展的建议。

Backdoor listing of tourism enterprises in China—culture and tourism base in Xi’an Qujiang Perspective

Abstract：With China's economic development ，and the tourism industry in the GDP increasing proportion of heavy tourism role has become increasingly evident. The rapid development of the tourism industry, will promote China's rapid economic development. With the 2008 financial crisis, the problem of shortage of funds tourism enterprises is even more prominent. Financing of tourism enterprises is a very realistic, but also solved the economic problems and social problems. Articles from Xi'an Qujiang Cultural Tourism Group starting from Xi'an Qujiang Cultural tourism through the Group's situation and the problems of Chang'an Information Group, analyzes the meaning of backdoor listing, advantages and other issues. Put forward some practical backdoor financing to promote the process of China's tourism industry should pay attention to the problems and promote sustainable tourism in our country healthy and rapid development.
