北京市住宅小区管理现状及改善分析—以茂华物业为例

摘要：随着我国住房制度改革和住房商品化的发展，物业管理行业进入了一个迅速蓬勃发展的时期。物业管理行业的发展，对于改善居民的生活、工作环境，提高城市管理水平，扩大就业等方面都发挥了积极的作用。与此同时，由于多方面的因素，在物业管理的发展过程中，各种社会矛盾也逐渐显现出来。近年来，有关物业管理的投诉案件大幅度上涨，已成为社会的热点话题。剖析物业管理运作过程中存在的问题，提出相应的对策，对于促进物业管理朝着健康、理性的方向发展，维护社会稳定、保障人们安居乐业具有十分重要的意义。
