运城市二手房交易研究

摘要：由于我市经济发展历程中，形成了多种权属的房屋体系，而房地产行业的过快发展更加凸显了法律、政策制度的不完善，使其与市场实际情况形成了一定的脱节，造成了房市尤其是二手房市场的混乱，产生了许多的权属纠纷与经济纠纷。所以规范二手房市场，引导合理的二手经纪行为成为我们刻不容缓的课题。在此，本文通过对二手房市场交易行为的研究，来发现问题，以期能对运城市二手房市场提出自己的看法。

Research on the Trade of Second-hand House in Yuncheng City

Abstract：Lots of houses have attached a group of confirmed people during the economic development in Yuncheng city. The over-fast development in Real Estate Industry reflects imperfection in the field of law and policy in our city, which is out of the reality and it disordered the house property especially the second-hand house. So a lot of ownership and economic disputes have been generated .Thus it should be an urgent issue to regulate second-hand housing market and standardize second-hand house sale. This paper by the study of second-hand house market analyzes exist problems so that addresses my own suggestions.
