鸿星健身俱乐部经营中存在问题及对策研究

摘要  本论文主要以研究位于华师生活区的鸿星健身俱乐部为主，结合国内外健身俱乐部的发展现状，通过运用各种研究方法收集鸿星健身俱乐部的资料，并且对部分鸿星俱乐部里的教练员进行访谈，更深一层的了解俱乐部的具体情况，同时深入鸿星俱乐部里了解企业运营情况，并对俱乐部现有的经营管理模式进行详细的分析和总结，探讨新的经营模式，对其在发展中存在的主要问题进行了深入分析，并对发现的问题提出了具体的发展对策与建议，希望能更好的推动健身事业的发展。

ABSTRACT  This thesis mainly to research the living area is located in no.1 the star fitness club is given priority to, combining domestic and foreign current situation of the development of the fitness club, through the use of various methods to collect the star fitness club of data, and part of the star in the club coaches interview, into a deeper understanding of the specific conditions of the club, at the same time, the club into star enterprise operation understanding, and the club in the management of the existing mode of the detailed analysis and summary, explore a new business model, in the development of the main problems existing in the thorough analysis, and for the problems found put forward specific countermeasures and Suggestions, hoping to better promote the development of the cause of fitness.
