断变化的消费需求。超市作为人们生活中的一部分，发挥着越来越重要的商业作用，目前我国的超市行业发展时间短，速度快，同时面临的竞争也很激烈，其中，库存管理的作用已经受到越来越多企业的重视。库存管理是高效益连锁经营的重要一环，它促进生产、满足消费、降低成本，目的是以最低费用实现最大经济效益。本文结合所学知识与壹加壹连锁超市库存管理中的实际情况，为现其库存管理中所存在的问题提出解决方法。

ABSTRACT Ltd is a renowned and competitive chain enterprise in Pearl River Delta. It stands out in the competitive market with its elaborate management, hard work, bold attempt and insight after more than ten years of establishing business. However, as competitors becomes more and they try their best to strengthening themselves in recent years, One Plus One Supermarket faces a series of problems and challenges under this circumstance and the level of inventory management is of great importance in this issue.
This essay will focus on the characteristic of One Plus One Supermarket’s operation and will analyze the problem in inventory management with facts. Besides, counter-measures will be put forward in order to improve the inventory management of One Plus One Supermarket.
