高校体育院系足球裁判员的培养

摘　要:　 随着足球运动在我国的不断普及和推广，全国各地的社会基层比赛越来越多，这就需要一大批具有裁判知识和能力的人员从事裁判工作，而这些人大多来自教育战线的体育教师。高校体育院系肩负着培养体育师资后备力量的重要使命，因此也是足球裁判员培养的重要基地。根据国际足联和中国足协裁判委员会对裁判员培养的条件要求：“懂外语、素质好，理解能力强，观察、判断以及分析能力较高”等，这些条件正是我们当代大学生所具备的，而高校体育院系的学生更是在身体素质、应变能力、交流沟通能力、团队精神等方面更具优势，特别是足球专选班的学生对足球的理解更是普通大学生不能比拟的，所以我们应积极挖掘开发高校体育专业的大学生这个很有潜在能力的领域，并满足广大学生对足球的兴趣、爱好和要求，将他们的聪明才智充分发挥起来，在为我省培养大学生足球裁判员的同时，也为国家培养更高水平的足球裁判员奠定良好的基础。

Abstracts
As football in China's increasing popularity around the country and the promotion, the social basic game is more and more, this needs a large number of the referee knowledge and ability, and the staff engaged in these people from education front more than the physical education teachers. College sports training college PE teachers shouldering the reserve forces, so also is the important mission of soccer referee training important base. According to FIFA and the Chinese football association the referee commission to referee culture conditions of requirement: "understand foreign language, quality good, understanding ability is strong, observation, judgment and analysis ability higher" etc, these conditions is what we possess of contemporary college students, the students in colleges and universities is sports colleges in physical quality, strain capacity, communication skill, team spirit more advantages, especially soccer elective class of students for football understand more ordinary university students have not, so we should actively develop development college sports professional college students' this is potentially ability of the students, and satisfies the field of soccer interest, hobbies and requirement, their intelligence fully exert up college students in our province, in the meanwhile, soccer referee for fostering higher levels of football referees lays good foundation.
