人民医院员工宿舍楼工程项目工程量清单的编制

摘    要
工程量清单计价是当今国际上工程建设招投标活动的通行做法，它反映的是工程的个别成本，而不是按定额的社会平均成本计价。它采用的是综合单价，将实体消耗量费用和措施费分离，在招投标过程中，可以充分发挥施工企业自主定价的能力和竞争力，改变了现有定额中有关束缚企业自主报价的限制。
本文结合笔者对工程量清单计价的实际运用，灵活运用统筹法、分段计算法、分层计算法等方法，编制了忠县人民医院员工宿舍楼工程项目工程量清单。具体而言，按照工程量计算规则，对本项目的分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单以及其他项目清单进行了计算和编制，以期通过本毕业设计更好地掌握工程量清单计价方法，对本文案例工程项目的施工管理奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract
Bill of Quantities is commonly practiced for today's international construction projects bidding, it reflects the individual cost of the project, rather than a fixed social average cost pricing. It adopts the integrated unit price with separation of entities consumption costs and costs of measures, the construction enterprises give full play to independent pricing and competitiveness in the bidding process, which changes the existing limits of the shackles of corporate self-quotation.
In this paper the practical application of the Bill of Quantities, flexible use of the overall planning method, piecewise calculation method, the hierarchical calculation method and other methods are taken to make out the Zhongxian County People's Hospital staff dormitory project BOQ. Specifically, in accordance with the engineering calculation rules, part of this project BOQ, measures list and other items  have been calculated and made up. It intends to serve the preparation of this graduation paper in order to better grasp the bill of quantities method. And  a solid foundation .is laid on the analysis of construction management of the case project.
