原芳村高尔夫球场商住项目施工图预算

摘    要

    施工图预算是建筑企业和建设单位签订承包合同和办理工程结算的依据，也是建筑企业编制计划、实行经济核算和考核经营成果的依据，是招投标过程中建设单位确定标底和建筑企业投标报价的依据，施工图预算是关系建设单位和建筑企业经济利益的技术经济文件。
本设计是原芳村高尔夫球场商住项目施工图预算书，是根据建筑施工图纸、建筑结构图纸，按照政府制定的预算定额、费用定额和其他取费文件等编制的单位工程或单项工程预算的，是将直接费、间接费、利润、税金等汇总后的工程造价的文件。

关键词：施工图预算；清单计价;定额计价
Abstract

    The construction drawing budget is the basis of construction enterprise and construction unit to sign contract contract and handle engineering settlement. As well as the basis of construction of enterprise planning, execute economic accounting and assessment management achievement.And it is the basis of construction units to determine the bid and bidding price of construction enterprise during the bidding process.The construction drawing budget is the construction unit and construction company economic benefits of technical economy document.
    This design is Yuan Fang golf course in residential project construction drawing budget book.It is according to construction drawings, architectural structural drawings, in accordance with the government's budget quota, quota cost and other cost documents compilation unit project or individual project budget.It collect the direct cost, indirect cost, profit, taxes to complete the file of project cost.
