外资跨国并购与我国民营企业应对策略的探讨

摘要：在经济全球化的背景下，跨国并购已经成为近年来的国际直接投资的主要方式，也是跨国公司实施其全球扩张战略的最重要手段之一。本文分析了当前外资企业在华的发展态势、我国民营企业的竞争优势和劣势以及外资企业跨国并购对我国民营企业的各种影响，并针对现有的各种状况提出了一些应对策略。

Explorations of Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions by Foreign-funded Enterprises and Countermeasures for Chinese Private Enterprises

Abstract：Against the background of globalization, transnational mergers and acquisitions have gradually become the major means of international direct investments and one of the most important approaches for transnational companies to implement global expansion strategies. In this paper, current development trend of Chinese foreign-funded enterprises, the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Chinese private enterprises as well as all kinds of influences on Chinese private enterprises brought by transnational mergers and acquisitions by foreign-funded enterprises are analyzed and some countermeasures to cope with various current conditions proposed. Adopting the research methods of document reference and data statistics, this paper employs qualitative analysis to conclude the edges and shortcomings of Chinese private enterprises revealed by transnational mergers and acquisitions, by which a series of corresponding countermeasures and methods to nourish strengths and avoid weaknesses are put forward.
