新晃侗族自治县特色经济发展探讨

摘要：本文运用SWOT方法对新晃侗族自治县发展特色经济的优势条件、劣势条件以及机遇和威胁进行分析，从该县的实际情况出发，提出在该县发展特色农业、特色工业、特色旅游业的“三驾马车并行，重点打造古夜郎文化”的战略及具体实施策略。这将有利该县经济的发展，并有助于全面建设小康社会目标的实现。

The characteristic economy development＇s discusses of Xin Huang Dong autonomous county Hunan
 
Abstract: On specific characteristic economy development＇s discusses of Xin Huang dong autonomous county in Hunan Huaihua city mainly through SWOT method to the county economic development with characteristics of the advantages and disadvantages conditions and opportunities and threats to carry on the analysis. Combined the uses of absolute advantage theory, relative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory, the sustainable development theory, developing by leaps theory and H-O theory with the actual economic situation in the county , I put forward a proposal that we should develop the characteristics in the county agriculture, the characteristic in industry, the characteristic in tourism, especially the development of "Ancient Ye Lang Culture" tourism. At the same time I come up with the suggest that "Three Carriages Paralleling". The key to build the "Ancient Ye Lang Culture" creative ideas. This will be beneficial to the county economy's development and contribute to the achievement of the comprehensive construction well-off society goal .
