融媒背景下电视编导专业人才培养模式的创新摘要：进入21世纪以来，随着卫星技术、数字化技术和网络技术的迅速发展，广播、电视、网络、报纸等多种媒体呈现出融合之势。“三网融合”这一国家工程的实施，标志着我国的媒体融合进入了一个新的阶段。媒介融合为我国的传媒产业与事业的发展提供了一个新契机，但同时也对传媒人才各方面素质提出了更高的要求。而现阶段我国高校关于广播电视编导人才的培养模式老化而单一，不能适应新形势的要求，必须加以改革和创新。本文即结合当前形势，指出了旧的人才培养模式的一些弊病，并对新的培养模式提供了一些可操作性建议。

On the environment of media convergence, television director personnel training model innovation
Abstract: Since the beginning of the 21st centrury, with the rapid development of satellite technology ,digital technology and network technology, radio, television, Internet, newspapers and other media have been showing a trend of integration.The implementation of the“Triple play”, which is a national project, marks a new stage of the media convergence. Media convergence has provided a new opportunity for China media industry and career development, but at the same time it has put forword a higher demand for the quality of all aspects of media personnel. However, the radio and television personnel traning mode of current Chinese Universities, which is aging and single, can not meet the new situation’s requirments and must be reformed and innovated. This article, integrating the current situation, pionts out the drawbacks of the old training mode, morover it offers some opertional recommendations.
