摘 要

变速器用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的扭矩和转速,目的是使汽车在原地起步、爬坡、转弯和加速等各种工况下都能正常行驶,使汽车发动机在最有利的工况范围内工作,同时通过换档操作,改善汽车的动力性能,提高燃油效率,从而提高汽车的使用经济性。
本设计针对变速器的特点、结构及原理,详细的叙述了该变速器的设计过程。本设计包括变速器的结构设计、变速器结构方案的选择、齿轮安排、变速器档数及各档传动比的选择、同步器的设计、变速器轴的设计等内容,其中以变速器档数的设计与各档传动比的设计最为关键。本文就变速器的设计过程、传动方案选择、结构设计等问题进行了详细分析。
本变速器采用三轴式传动结构,设有五个前进档、空档和倒档,按照大多数人的使用习惯,将档位的高低顺序由右到左排列,采用同步器进行手动换档操作,其中四档由动力输入轴和输出轴直接相连,得到直接档。如果需要时,本变速器还有动力输出功能。

Abstract
Transmission is used to change driving wheel’s speed and revolving speed coming from engine. Its purpose is to make car have different travel force and velocity at starting、climbing、turning、accelerating etc.  And at the same time it makes engine operate at the range of its most beneficial operating condition. Transmission has neural gear and four gears. It still contains power output function while needing.
This design is consist  of the transmission’s characteristics、structure and principles, and describes the progress of the design in detail. Transmission design generally includes transmission’s construction design, selecting the transmission construction project, selecting fundamental parameter’s, gears arrangement, checking  gears’ bearing, performance testing of the transmission etc.. The key step of the design is transmission’s construction design and gears arrangement.
This Transmission adoption three stalk types spread to move structure and establish five go forward file, blank on schedule with pour file, according to the usage of the most people habit, the file in proper order from right arrive left arrange, adoption synchronous the machine carry on to move to shift gear operation, four among those files from motive importation stalk and output stalk direct connect with each other, get direct file.If demand, this gearbox still have power output function.
