本设计主要是针对汽轮机旁路系统上的高压旁路喷水调节阀的设计。高压旁路喷水调节阀是减温水系统中一个可变化局部阻力的节流元件,是一个对不可压缩流体进行调节的节流元件,是整个旁路系统中的重要组成部分。
随着科学技术的发展,高压旁路喷水调节阀是电力、石油化工等行业热力设备或系统自动化领域的重要设备,它可以根据被调对象发给的温度信号,自动调整喷水量来调节介质参数控制在系统要求的范围之内。另外本设计的高压旁路喷水调节阀阀芯是由多个盘柱连接而成,阀芯最上部与阀座斜面配合,从而使该阀能够抵抗汽蚀、噪音小,达到了多级降压和使用寿命长的特点。
本设计内容主要包括根据高压旁路喷水调节阀的特点,对整个机构以及喷水调节原理加以说明,并详细叙述了该旁路阀装置的设计过程,又因该阀的工作特点及工作性能,对该阀的阀体、阀座、阀杆等的材料选择上做了一定的说明。对该阀的阀杆、阀座、阀体等的结构设计,对阀杆在最大的工作载荷作用下是否达到设计要求的校核。
设计中应用Pro/E软件进行了整体结构的三维造型设计,Pro/E软件不仅具有强大的实体造型、曲面造型、虚拟装配和生成工程图的模块功能,还可以在设计过程中进行有限元分析、动力学分析和仿真模拟,提高了设计的可靠性。同时它还可以通过对三维模型直接生成数控代码,并应用于产品的加工。同时还可以应用Pro/E软件进行相应的动态仿真分析。

Structural Design of High-pressure Bypass Valve
Abstract
The design of the main steam turbine bypass system for the high-pressure water regulating valve design. The design includes high-pressure water regulating valve in accordance with the characteristics of the entire body as well as to illustrate the principle of water-conditioning, and a detailed description of the bypass valve of the design process, due to the work of the valve characteristics and performance of the valve body, valve seat, stem, such as choice of materials to do that to a certain extent. The valve stem, valve seats, valve body, such as structural design, to stem the biggest load of work is required to meet the design verification
Design medium application the Pro/E software carried on the 3D shape design of the whole structure, the Pro/E software not only had a strong entity shape, curved face shape, conjecture to assemble with the mold piece of the born engineering diagram function, but also canned carry on a limited dollar analysis during the period of design, the dynamics analyze with imitate true emulation, raise a design of credibility. It can also pass a directly born number to control a code to the 3D model in the meantime, and apply to process in the product. The dynamic state that still applied the Pro/E software to carry on corresponding in the meantime imitates true analysis.
