摘要
本文介绍的模具实例结构简单实用,使用方便可靠,主要说明的是在零件被拉伸时考虑到材料的流动性及摩擦还有塑性变形等的综合因素对变锥角产生的影响。当所有的参数计算完后,对磨具的装配方案,对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行了分析。在设计过程中除了设计说明书外,还包括模具的装配图,非标准零件的零件图,工件的加工工艺卡片,工艺规程卡片,非标准零件的加工工艺过程卡片。
此次设计就是在UG平台上对固拉伸模具设计及动画演示。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握冲压模具材料及拉伸模设计的有关知识,主要完成了模具的工作零件、定位零件、导向零件和装配零件的设计,并利用UG软件三维造型及工作过程的动画设计。
通过设计,不仅掌握了冲压模具的基本设计过程和设计要领,并了解了冲压模具的成型原理,以及UG软件的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工作过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则
