摘要随着塑料工业的发展,塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制造品的主要手段之一,且发展成为最有前景的模具之一. 在先代工业和日用产品中,越来越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多类产品,而模具作为塑件的成型技术也得到了迅速发展。本次毕业设计就是在UG平台上对温控器垫块进行的注射模具设计。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握塑料ABS及长度记数器塑料模具设计的有关知识,主要完成注射塑料模具的成型部分、浇注系统、脱模机构、模体等部分的设计,并利用功能强大的UG软件进行三维造型及工过程的动画设计。通过本次设计,不仅掌握了注塑模

摘要
随着塑料工业的发展,塑料注射模已经成为制造塑料制造品的主要手段之一,且发展成为最有前景的模具之一. 在先代工业和日用产品中,越来越多的塑料制品代替了以往的多类产品,而模具作为塑件的成型技术也得到了迅速发展。
本次毕业设计就是在UG平台上对温控器垫块进行的注射模具设计。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握塑料ABS及长度记数器塑料模具设计的有关知识,主要完成注射塑料模具的成型部分、浇注系统、脱模机构、模体等部分的设计,并利用功能强大的UG软件进行三维造型及工过程的动画设计。
通过本次设计,不仅掌握了注塑模具的基本设计过程和设计要领,并了解了注塑模具的成型原理,以及UG软件的实体建模、装配建模、AutoCAD制图基础、工作过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则及运用方法,从而可以利用UG软件或其它三维设计软件完成模具的整体设计。

Abstract
With the development of the plastics industry, plastic injection mold manufacturer of plastic manufacturing has become one of the primary means goods, and developed into the most promising one of the mold. First generation of industrial and household products, a growing number of plastic products in lieu of more than previous products, plastic parts and molds for the molding technology has been developing rapidly.
The graduation project is the platform of UG Thermostat pad for the injection mold design. During the design process, through understanding and knowledge of ABS plastics and plastic counter the length of the relevant knowledge of mold design, mainly to complete the mold injection molding plastic parts, casting systems, Demoulding body parts, such as motif design and the use of powerful the UG software processes three-dimensional modeling and animation design.
Through the design, not only mastered the basic injection mold design process and design essentials, which is under the principle of injection molding dies, as well as the UG software, solid modeling, assembly modeling, AutoCAD mapping the basis of the design process all aspects of animation the basic operation of the rules and the use of methods, which can make use of UG software or other three-dimensional design software to complete the overall design of mold.
