汽车拖车轮胎无气报警器研制cad

摘要
随着城市化的进程和汽车的普及，交通环境不断恶化，交通安全问题日益严重，给人类的生命和财产带来了极大的威胁。这不但要求人们提高自身的安全意识，而且对汽车行驶的安全性能提出了更高的要求。过去，汽车安全设计主要考虑被动安全系统，如设置安全带、安全气囊、保险杠等。现代汽车设计师更多考虑的则是主动安全设计，使汽车能够自己“思考”，主动采取措施，或是在“觉察”出有危险的时候，发出警示，提醒驾驶人员采取措施，避免事故的发生。
在对轮胎气压与负荷、下沉量内在联系进行分析的基础上，阐明了气压及下沉量对轮胎安全性能影响的量化关系。本课题研究的汽车拖车轮胎无气报警系统，是利用汽车轮胎无气是轮胎的下沉量差异来对汽车安全状态进行判断，并适时报警的系统。它主要由传感器和报警系统两部分组成，当满足报警要求时，由传感器中的电触头采取信号，然后传送到报警系统，通过功能电路处理后，把信号送给基于芯片APR9600的报警电路，发出语音报警。
课题中对轮胎的下沉量的重要影响和计算都进行了深入的说明，对传感器传感器壳体结构进行了优化设计和模具设计，并对仪器的电子部分进行了设计和实验。该方案避免了直接测量时的仪器损耗，与其他产品利用无线设备比较成本低廉，但是没有直接测量时精确，而且反应时间较长，适合在仪器的精确性、敏感性要求不是很高的拖车上使用和推广。

Modern more considerations of automobile designer then active safety design, make automobile the oneself can" thinking", adopting the measure actively, or at the time of " ing detection" an in danger, send out the caution, remind to drive the personnel to adopt the measure, avoid the occurrence of the trouble. Sink the inside contact of quantity to carry on the analytical foundation under to the tire air pressure and burdens, up, clarified the air pressure and under sink the quantity to affect to the safe function of tire of quantity turn the relation. The automobile trailer tire of this topic research has no spirit to report to the police the system, is to make use of the automobile tire to have no the spirit is a tire of bottom sink to measure the difference to carry on the judgment to the safe appearance of automobile, and system report to the police in good time. It mainly from spread the feeling machine and report to the police the system two parts to constitute, be to satisfy to report to the police the request, from spread the electricity within the feeling machine to touch the head to adopt the signal, then deliver to report to the police the system, after passing the function electric circuit processing, give the signal to report to the police the electric circuit according to the chip APR9600, send out the speech to report to the police.
