浅析大学生的“就业弱势”

摘  要
近年来，随着各高校的普遍扩招，社会环境的不断变化，大学生的就业问题越来越严重，逐渐形成了大学生就业弱势群体。本文从大学生在就业能力、就业信息、社会资源等方面上的弱势，分析了形成当代大学生就业弱势的原因，从自身、政府和学校教育机制等方面剖析就业困难的问题。在这种形式下，无论是大学生自身还是社会都应该提出相应的对策来解决日益严重的“就业弱势”问题，使社会更和谐的发展。

Abstract
In recent years, with the universal enrollment of all colleges and universities, changing the social environment, college students employment problem is getting worse, and gradually formed the employment of university students vulnerable groups. In this paper, the ability of university students in employment, employment information, social resources and so weak on the analysis of the formation of weak employment, because of contemporary college students from their own government and school education mechanisms, so analysis of employment problems. In this form, either students themselves or the community should propose appropriate measures to address the growing problem of "employment disadvantaged" issue, to make society more harmonious development.
