普洱市普洱茶业发展研究

摘 要
普洱市(原思茅市)位于云南南段地区，是云南最适宜种植茶叶的地区之一。普洱市积极利用自身优势，发展特色农业产品，普洱茶国家标准的发布，普洱茶成为云南的地理标志产品。
论文对普洱市普洱茶产业发展现状、存在的问题及其产生原因进行研究，结合当前市场经济不景气产生的阻碍因素，可以看出普洱市普洱茶产业发展所面临着巨大挑战。同时随着普洱茶由非理性价格向正常价格的回落，一个更大的普洱茶消费市场在等待我们开发。普洱市应如何抓住机遇来发展当地普洱茶产业呢？本文以SCP框架为主进行分析，为普洱市普洱茶产业提出相关建议及对策，以促进普洱茶产业的健康发展和相关文化的发展，在此基础上进一步提高普洱茶的影响力。

Abstract
The Pu'er city located at Yunnan south the section area, belongs to the wide valley and the basin type, the topography north section is gentle, which is the ecology suitability best area, is also Yunnan is suitable one of planter tea local. The Pu'er city is developing characteristic agriculture product, pu-erh tea has become Yunnan`s Geography symbol product.
Papers for Pu'er city and pu-erh tea industry development present situation, the existence question and the reason, according to the study of market economy, you can see the pu-erh tea industry is facing challenges, but with the price of pu-erh tea go down, a greater consumption market of pu-erh tea waiting for us to develop. Pu'er City, how to seize the opportunity to develop the local tea industry? In this paper, an analysis of SCP-based framework for the city of pu-erh tea industry suggestions and measures, it can promote the industry healthy development and cultural development, on this basis to enhance the influence of tea.
