摘要:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,成功的营销策略成为了企业最有效的竞争手段之一。目前,济南百事可乐公司已经采取了诸多营销的方法,也逐渐认识到了营销的作用和重要性,但由于存在认识上的误区,导致无法获得应有的市场效果。本文针对济南市场的销售情况,运用4P模型,在对营销活动进行理论分析的基础上,讨论了市场营销对济南百事可乐公司发展的意义和作用,分析了目前济南百事可乐公司营销过程中普遍存在的问题,如营销渠道、产品价格等。并给予了相应的对策建议,如产品建议、价格建议、渠道建议及促销建议等。

Abstract: With the increasingly fierce market competition, the success of the marketing strategy become the most effective means of competition. At present, Jinan Pepsi-Cola Company has taken a number of marketing methods, and they also have a growing recognition to the role and importance of marketing. because of the understanding on the errors, leading to lack of access to proper market effect. In this paper, I Analysis the Jinan market sales, use 4 P model, and discusse the significance and role of the marketing of Jinan Pepsi companies in the marketing activities on the basis of theoretical analysis, Such as marketing channels, products and prices. And give the corresponding countermeasures, such as product recommendations, pricing proposals, suggestions and channel promotional recommendations.
