家电下乡政策下桓台县家电市场的现状分析

摘    要
家电下乡政策是顺应农民需求的新政策，是国家通过运用财政、贸易等手段，开发、生产符合农村农民消费需求、性能可靠、质量保证、物美价廉的家电产品，同时提供给农民满足其自身需求的较完善的售后流通服务，对农民在购买已经纳入补贴范围的家电产品给予其一定比例的补贴优惠政策，力求达到刺激农民的购买欲望，扩大农村消费需求，从而保持内需和外需的平衡协调发展。这一政策的实施，充分开拓了农村的消费市场，有效地刺激了农民购买家电类产品的消费积极性，同时也较好的改善了农民生活条件，更好的提高了农村的消费水平。但是，家电下乡政策是一个新生事物，实施过程中不可避免的会产生出一些问题。本文通过对桓台县家电市场的调查与研究，通过分析“家电下乡”政策实施所产生的效果及其在推行过程中存在的问题，最后提出具有针对性的应对措施。

ABSTRACT
Appliances to the countryside policy is to comply with requirements of the new policy farmers, and is the policy which the countries through use of fiscal, trade and other means, develop and produce the products that should meet consumer’s demand in rural areas, be reliable for performance, guarantee the quality, and make reasonable price of home appliances products.At the same time ,also provide for better after-sales distribution services to meet their own needs. For farmers in buying up the range of household electrical appliances into Butie a certain percentage of the subsidies given to its preferential policies, in order to stimulate farmers to purchase desire, expand rural comsumption demand to keep the balance of domestic demand and need coordinated development. The implementation of this policy fully explores the rural consumption market, effectively stimulates the farmers to purchase household appliances positive nature of consumer products, but also improve the farmers better living conditions and better improve the level of consumption in rural areas. However, the "home appliances to the countryside" policy is a new thing, the implementation process will inevitably produce some problems. Based on the Huantai County investigation and research, a targeted measures is responsed by analyzing the home appliances to the countryside policy and its implementation of the results an d producing by the process of implementation problems at last.
