发展循环经济推动广东对外贸易可持续发展

摘   要
当代的国际贸易深重刻上了“环保”的标记，环境与贸易问题作为可持续发展的重要组成部分，己经引起国际社会的重视，也将对各个国家和地区的对外贸易产生深远的影响。在这种形势下研究广东出口贸易的可持续发展就具有重大的现实意义。
本文开始介绍了循环经济和对外贸易可持续发展的内涵以及两者的关系。在分析国内外相关研究的基础上，通过定性和定量相结合的方法分析广东省对外贸易的现状，比如外贸发展模式与贸易结构日益显现出弊端，外贸增长方式以粗放型、数量扩张型为主，面临着巨大资源和环境约束、受绿色壁垒影响越来越大。总之，广东对外贸易的这种“三高一低”即“高投入、高消耗、高污染、低效益”的发展模式，已经对自然资源和生态环境造成了很大的负面影响，同时制约着我省对外贸易的可持续发展。
因此，探讨广东对外贸易的可持续发展问题就具有非常重大的实际意义，它不仅直接关系到广东对外贸易和广东经济的可持续发展，同时也影响到我国对外贸易的可持续发展。文章最后在对广东外贸现状研究的基础上，提出了发展循环经济实现广东省对外贸易的可持续发展的一些政策建议，希望对有关部门制定政策和学者研究有借鉴作用。

Abstract
Today the international trade is marked with the token of environmental protection. The issue about environment and trade, which is the essential part of sustainable development, has been much attention by the international society and will affect the foreign trade of countries and areas. Under this situation it has an important realistic meaning to study the sustainable development of Guangdong’s export trade.
  This paper begins with the introduction of the concept and relationship with cycle economic and the sustainable development of international trade. On the basic of the foreign and domestic analysis, this paper uses the method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the situation of Guangdong’s international trade. The result shows that there were many problems which were bad for sustainable development. For example: the present trade develop mode and structure have been showing disadvantages; the export economic benefits and resource benefits are low; the comprehensive competitiveness is weak, etc.
  So there is an important realistic meaning to study the sustainable development of Guangdong’s international trade, which is not only directly relate to the sustainable development of the foreign trade and economic of Guangdong province but also affect the sustainable development of China’s international trade. At the end of the paper some suggestions for the sustainable development of Guangdong’s foreign trade are put forwarded on the basis of empirical research, hoping is useful for establishment of policies and scholar’s research.
