论我国外贸企业运用电子商务扩大外贸出口对策

摘   要
20世纪末在因特网上出现了日益广泛的经济贸易活动,进而发展为全球电子商务,国际社会要求统一贸易环境的呼声也日益强烈。电子商务正以惊人的速度向传统产业渗透,改变着市场经济现有格局。全球电子商务贸易的蓬勃兴起和全球经济一体化的发展趋势,给入世后的中国提出了新的贸易挑战,而电子商务的深入发展和进一步规范,为国际贸易的可持续发展开辟了一条新的途径,带来了国际贸易方方面面的创新,适应国际贸易方式的发展趋势,利用电子商务贸易手段来提高进出口企业的竞争力。推动进出口贸易额的增长,是中国政府、企业和相关各方面应关注和努力的方向。
本文由五个部分构成:第一章包括了本文写作的意义,现有的研究成果综述,本文的主要研究内容及中心思想;第二章阐述了电子商务的主要特点,介绍了电子商务的发展历程和前景;第三章介绍了外贸企业运用电子商务的现状,分析了目前所存在的企业内部条件和外部环境的问题。例如企业内部对电子商务的应用不够重视,对电子商务的认识存在偏差,社会信用环境和信用制度不健全,网络安全隐患突出,电子商务法律法规不完善,与外贸活动相关部门之间的合作欠协调;第四章提出了针对以上电子商务在运用过程中遇到的问题而提出的解决对策;第五章总结性地阐述本文主要观点。

Abstract
      The late 20th century on the Internet there is a growing range of economic and trade activities, the development of global e-commerce, the international community for unified trading environment has also increased. E-commerce is at an alarming rate to the infiltration of traditional industries to change the existing pattern of the market economy. Global e-commerce booming trade and development trend of global economic integration, to the WTO and China raised new trade challenges, and further development of e-commerce and further specification for the sustainable development of international trade has opened up a new means to bring all aspects of international trade, innovation, adaptation, the development trend of international trade patterns, use of electronic commerce means trade, import and export enterprises to improve competitiveness. Promote the growth of import and export trade, the Chinese government, enterprises, and related areas and efforts should be concerned about the direction.
This paper consists of five parts: The first chapter includes the meaning of this writing, the existing research results summarized the main contents of this paper and the central idea; the second chapter of the main features of e-commerce, introduced the development process of e-commerce and prospects; third chapter describes the status of foreign trade enterprises using e-commerce, analysis of the current condition of the existence of internal and external environment. For example, e-commerce applications within the enterprise is not enough emphasis on the understanding of e-commerce there is a deviation, the social credit environment and credit systems, and network security risks highlighted, e-commerce laws and regulations are incomplete, and foreign trade activities, the cooperation between relevant departments less coordination; fourth chapter in the use of e-commerce against the above problems encountered in the process put forward countermeasures; Chapter V summarizes the main points of this paper to explain.
