广东陶瓷业的发展困境及出路研究

摘要
广东陶瓷产业是广东省的九大支柱产业之一。其中广东的佛山是全国五大陶瓷产区之一，而潮州枫溪更是十年来中国发展最快、最具活力和潜力的产区。广东陶瓷凭借本身丰富优质的瓷土资源、廉价的劳动力和良好的地理优势，成为我国陶瓷重点生产基地和出口基地，在国内外陶瓷市场上更有着举足轻重的地位。但是，随着出口退税下调、人民币升值、原材料涨价、电费上涨、燃料涨价等种种不利因素的影响，使得产品成本不断攀升，再加上去年以来金融风暴的冲击，使广东陶瓷行业整体利润越来越低，所有的困境似乎在危机面前一下子全部显现出来。广东陶瓷似乎遇到前所无有的发展障碍，产业的发展方向和出路在何方？成了业内乃至社会相关人士所共同关注的话题。
本文首先阐述了广东陶瓷的发展现状及其重要的经济地位，其次详细分析产业目前所面临的困境其内在原因，最后根据产业发展所存在的问题，结合国外陶瓷的发展经验，提出推动广东陶瓷产业发展的措施。

Abstract
Guangdong Ceramic Industry is one of the nine pillar industries in Guangdong Province. Foshan,  is one of the five major ceramic producing areas in china.While the Chaozhou Fengxi is the Chinese production areas,which is growing fastest, most dynamic and potential in the past decade. Guangdong Ceramics,by virtue of their own high-quality porcelain clay-rich resources, cheap labor and a good geographical advantage,has became the focus of China's porcelain production base and export base,and has a the pivotal position in domestic and international ceramic market . However, with the export tax rebate cuting, RMB appreciation, raw material prices, electricity and fuel prices’ rising and other unfavorable factors, the product costs is continue rising. Even worse, under the impact of the financial crisis, the whole of Guangdong ceramic industry’s profits is lower and lower, and all the difficulties seems to show up once and for all before the crisis. Guangdong ceramics seems to encountering any obstacles to development never before, where is the industrial development direction and how to go down become a hot topic, which concern by people in the industry and other people in society.
This paper, Firstly introduce the development of ceramics in Guangdong and its important economic position of the status quo.And then, by a detailed analysis of the difficulties currently of the industry facing and their underlying causes,and according to the finding out reasons , the defects existing in industry, and the development experience of foreign ceramics, this paper give a series of suggestion about development of Guangdong Ceramic and improvement measures.
