中韩经贸合作现状与发展对策研究

摘  要

自改革开放以来，中国经济持续、快速、健康地发展。中韩两国建交18年以来，在电信、汽车、IT、金融、劳务等领域的合作取得了很大的进展，在资金、技术、环境和服务等领域的合作也迅速开展起来。中韩两国之间的关系变成了最大的贸易对象国，同时又是最大的投资对象国。从经济合作方面来看，这种现象会越来越突出。
今后中韩经贸合作关系一定会进入一个全面发展的新阶段。但是，入世后，中韩经济关系由过去的互补变为在更多领域的竞争，这就需要两国进一步调整经济结构和政策，避免过分竞争和不必要的摩擦，谋求两国经济关系朝着更广阔领域的合作方向发展。
本文深入探讨中韩经贸合作的发展现状与发展对策。本文主要分四个部分，第一部分梳理了中韩经贸合作的发展现状，分析了中韩两国贸易的发展情况及两国的投资发展情况；第二部分介绍了中韩经贸合作中的互补性和竞争性；第三部分总结了中韩经贸合作发展存在的问题；第四部分针对上面的问题，提出中韩经贸合作的建议。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy is developing continuously,quickly and healthy.China and South Korea established diplomatic relations nearly 18 years.China and South Korea have made great progress in the telecommunications,automotive,IT,finance,labor and other fields,the fields of the capital,technology,environment and services,and others are rapidly on their ways.The relationship between China and South Korea became the largest trading partners and the largest investment destinations.In terms of economic cooperation,and now this phenomenon is growing.
In the future economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea will enter a new stage of comprehensive development.However,after the accession to the WTO, China-South Korea economic relations in the past turned into the complementary areas in more competition. This requires two countries to further adjust the economic structure and policies to avoid excessive competition and unnecessary friction. And seek a way that bilateral economic relations would move toward broader cooperation in the field direction.
This article has depth discussion of the status of China-South Korea economic and trade cooperation and development of countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts.Part I combed the status of China-South Korea economic and trade cooperation,at the same time analysis the development of China-Korea trade and investment.Part II describes the economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea in the complementary and competitive. Part III summarized the development of China-South Korea economic and trade cooperation problems.Part Ⅳ proposed promote programs and countermeasures of the economic and trade cooperation[1-2].
