山西省煤炭资源开发的可持续发展研究

摘要

山西省是我国的产煤大省，对我国经济的发展，能源的供应，人们的生产生活起到了巨大的影响。但在山西省煤炭资源开发的过程中，由于人们对环境保护的意识淡薄，生产方式落后和法律体系不健全等问题，矿区生态环境遭到了严重破坏，造成了十分严重的后果。本文通过对山西省煤炭资源开发的现状分析，研究在煤炭开采中出现的生态环境问题突出、管理体制不健全、技术力量薄弱、思想认识不到位等主要问题，及造成这些问题的原因，说明经济与环境可持续发展的重要性。最后运用循环经济的理论观点，提出相应的可持续发展治理对策，以缓解生态环境对资源开发产生的压力。将环境保护与经济发展统一起来，使山西省加快走出以消耗资源换取经济效益的粗放型经济，实现煤炭产业可持续发展的目标。

Sustainable development of coal resources
in Shanxi Province
Abstract

Shanxi Province to carry out experimental work in recent years, and achieved fruitful results, significantly improved the ecological environment. Environmental problems eased the pressure on the coal industry. This article on the basic situation of Shanxi coal resources development analysis, study appear in the coal mining system is not perfect, outstanding ecological and environmental problems, technology is weak, do not place such ideological understanding of the main problems and proposed the corresponding countermeasures. To integrate environmental protection and economic development, so that in Shanxi Province to speed up the consumption of resources in exchange for economic benefits out of the extensive economic, to achieve the goal of sustainable development of coal industry.
