青岛市城市发展竞争力研究

摘要
随着经济的全球化和中国城市化进程的加快，城市竞争日益激烈，如何提升城市竞争力是目前我国关于城市研究的热门话题。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上，通过对城市竞争力概念、特征等的分析，阐述了青岛市城市发展的基本现状，并以构建的城市竞争力指标体系为基础，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合、对比论证以及比较静态分析和动态分析相结合的研究方法，对青岛市城市发展竞争力进行了深入的分析。
青岛市在城市发展过程中拥有较强的区位优势、经济优势、商贸优势和环境优势，但也存在着许多发展中的不足。面对城市间的激烈竞争，要想实现城市长足发展就要提升城市竞争力，本文针对这一问题，提出了提升青岛市城市竞争力的一系列对策和措施，并提出了青岛市未来的努力方向。

Study on urban competitiveness in Qingdao
Abstract

With economic globalization and the acceleration of urbanization process in China, cities in an increasingly competitive, how to improve our urban competitiveness is a hot topic on urban research. This article basised on the research results of home and abroad, through analysis the concept and characteristics of urban competitiveness, described the basic situation of Qingdao urban development,and based on the urban competitiveness index system, used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative static analysis and to compare the combination of dynamic analysis methods, conducted to the competitiveness of Qingdao City in-depth analysis.
The city of Qingdao, in the urban development process has strong location advantages, economic advantages, business and environmental advantages, but there are also many developing deficiencies. Face of fierce competition among cities To achieve rapid development, the city would improve urban competitiveness .According to this problem, proposed a series of policies and measures to enhance the competitiveness of Qingdao City,and proposed direction for future work in Qingdao.
