神木县煤炭资源开发中环境问题分析


摘  要
神木县是凭借煤炭资源发展起来的一座新兴城市,过去由于人们忽视了资源与环境问题,从而引起了资源短缺、环境破坏等严重后果。这种状况如果持续下去将会影响神木县的可持续发展。
本论文是以分析神木县煤炭资源开采中环境问题为出发点。神木县煤炭储量丰富、煤质优良,但是由于当地人民的环保意识不足与作业人员的粗放型开采方式导致资源浪费、环境污染等问题出现。本论文首先通过文献分析,阐述了目前神木县资源开采及环境治理的现状,以此说明在近几年人们逐渐认识到这个问题的严峻性,开始规范生产、治理环境,并取得一定成效;接下来通过大柳塔煤矿这个实例分析了资源开采会造成水体污染、大气污染、固体废弃物污染及地表塌陷等环境问题并给出其原因;然后根据可持续发展的要求用循环经济理论对神木县未来的发展给出对策;最后得出要实现神木县煤炭资源开发与环境保护之间的可持续发展,就必须做到资源开采与环境保护的可持续发展。

The Analysis on Development and Environment Protection of Shen Mu’s Coal Resource

Abstract
Shenmu is a newly developed city by coal resources. Because people ignored the resources and environment problems, which caused the resource shortage, environment destruction is in serious consequences. If this situation continues, it will affect Shenmu County's sustainable development.
This paper is based on analysis of environmental problems of coal resources exploitation in Shenmu County as the starting point. Shenmu is a county plentiful of coal, but because the local people's awareness of environmental protection and the operators’ over exploitation and the extensive waste of resources, there’s environmental pollution problems. Through the analysis of literature, this paper expounds the current exploitation of environmental resources and present situation of it in Shenmu county in recent years. People gradually realized the severity of the problem. The production and management of environment begin, and obtain a certain effect. By the next big coal, mining resources is analyzed in this example which will cause water pollution, air pollution and solid waste pollution and environmental problems ,such as surface subsidence . Then according to the requirement of sustainable development in the circulation economic theory, the future of Shenmu County development solutions, it finally concluded that it is realized that the development of Shenmu County’s coal resources and environmental protection and sustainable development of mining resources is to be accomplished.
