毛细管电泳法直接分离测定果冻中色素的含量
摘  要:建立了毛细管电泳法测定果冻中亮蓝、胭脂红、柠檬黄的方法,研究了缓冲溶液种类、浓度、pH值、电压等对分离的影响,对分离条件进行了优化。在波长255nm,分离电压18 KV,pH=8.5,5mmol/L 硼砂-5mmol/L磷酸氢二钠缓冲溶液中,亮蓝、胭脂红、柠檬黄在6分钟内得到了较好的分离。该法用于测定市售金丝猴果满园吸吸果冻得到较满意结果,线性关系良好,R2大于 0.996,回收率在 90.0%~105.0%之间。

Study on the Separation and determination of synthetical pigments in jelly by Capillary Electrophoresis
 
Abstract: Setting up the methods of determination and separation brilliant blue ,ponceau 4R and tartrazine in jelly by capillary electrophoresis. The effects of some important factors such as the types of running buffer, concentration and acidity were studied .The result showed that best separation were achieved with running buffer of 5mmol/L Na2B4O7-5mmol/L Na2HPO4 at pH=8.5 and 18kV separation voltage and with UV detection at 255 nm .The brilliant blue, ponceau 4R and tartrazine were completely separated and detected by the method in 6 min. The linear relationship between the concentration and peak area for each of these was obtained in the concentration range 1.0~200g /mL, with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.996, and the recovery was between 90.0%~105.0% .
