论人性假设论中X理论-Y理论同企业文化的联系


摘 要

随着经济的国际化,科学技术的国际化工艺的革新,虽然X理论-Y理论在很早以前就被提出和运用,是基础的理论,但是对指导和发现现代管理中的问题都是非常有用的。尤其是对企业文化。但是现在多数的理论都停留在摒弃X理论,创新Y理论,而忽视了最跟本的人性,本文从根本的人性论述企业文化,并提出自身观点。
本文分为四个部分去分别论述X理论-Y理论。并且联系企业文化得出X理论-Y理论虽然是基础理论但是非常的重要,必须高度重视,不可摒弃。
本文的第一部分,综述X理论-Y理论,详细并分别说明X理论和Y理论,阐述它们的定义。第二部分主要是分析Y理论中的重点问题,并联系企业文化做出详解。第三部分是详解X理论与企业文化的相关联。第四部分是具体的联系企业文化并得出总结论,第五部分是联系中庸理论论述企业文化的和谐问题,阐述和谐的重要性。

Abstract

 With the world economy international, the development of finance global and the development of advance of science and technology and technologic innovational .even the theory of X and Y was the  basic , was proposed long before, but until now it is also useful to guide and discovery the situation of the administration in modern time. especially the administration and culture of corporation. Most of theory take point in give up the theory of X, and bring forth new idea ignored the humanity .this text by mean of humanity to expound themselves standpoint.
There five parts in the passage to discuss the problem in theory X and theory Y, and contact the relation of culture of company .to succeeded in finding the basic is the  most important thing which should our attach importance to .and never drop away.
This text part one developmental review theory X and theory Y, expound the definition of theory X and theory Y. part two ,analyze the main problem of theory Y towards culture of company. part three ,analyze the main problem of theory X towards culture of company. part four connect culture of company discourse this text’s point of view, part five connect china classic theory middlebrow exposition culture of company in harmonious. Expound the mean for harmonious.
