摘 要

商务沟通是指商务组织或个人在商务活动中发生的沟通。随着经济的全球化及网络通讯技术的日新月异,商务沟通在经济活动中受到了前所未有的重视。这篇论文主要探讨商务沟通的写作、商务沟通的几种形式和商务沟通中树立信誉。商务沟通是一种动态、多渠道的过程,它包括特定组织内部和外部的沟通。在商务沟通的过程中,商务基础写作是商务沟通基本要求。研究表明一个清晰具有逻辑的写作不但对沟通有利而且也是商务礼仪的基础,让人们对发出的信息易懂是一个良好的商务礼仪。良好的商务沟通可以创造一个良好的工作环境,也可以树立良好的信誉。良好的声誉可以战胜商务管理中的许多挑战。树立良好声誉的三种方法包括换位思考、强调积极面和使用非歧视语言。这三中方法可以帮助达到目的,使传递的信息更为友善、更具说服力、更为专业及更富有人情味。非语言沟通和跨文化沟通是商务沟通中的两种形式。非语言沟通是最古老的沟通形式,它直观、迅速、具有个性。按照媒介的不同,它可以分为身体语言、音调语言、沉默、格式语言、空间语言、时间观念等几大类。跨文化沟通就是文化背景完全不同的人们进行发送和接受信息的过程。跨文化沟通需要学会尊重文化差异,并积极面对挑战和变化。

Abstract

Business communication is the business organizations or individuals communicating in the business activities. With the economic globalization and the network communication technology changing with each passing day, business communication in economic activities suffered from the unprecedented attention. This paper is mainly to describe business writing、forms of business communication and building goodwill. Business communication is a dynamic, multi-channel process, which includes specific internal and external communication. In the course of business communication, business writing is the basic requirement of business communication. Research shows a clear and logical writing not only benefit to communication but also is the foundation  of business etiquette, let people to understand the message easy is a good business etiquette. Good business communication can create a good work   environment; also can set a good reputation. Goodwill smooths the challenges of   business and administration. You-attitude, positive emphasis, and bias-free language are three ways to help build goodwill. All three help you achieve your purposes and make your messages friendlier, more persuasive, more professional, and more humane. Nonverbal communication and cross-cultural communication is the two forms of communication business. Nonverbal communication is the most ancient form of communication, visual, rapid and personality. According to the medium, it can be divided into body language, tone language, silence, format language, spatial language, concept of time and so on. Cross-cultural communication is the process in which people coming from completely different cultural backgrounds send and receive information. Cross-cultural communication needs to learn to respect the cultural differences and face the challenges and changes.
