如何成为合格的译员

摘要：随着社会的不断发展，世界各国的联系也越来越密切。翻译是沟通，架构两个使用不同语言国家的桥梁。中国的迅速发展，所以对合格译员有着大量需求。学生要成为合格的译员，首先要明白问题是什么。母语的负迁移，中西方不同的思维方式，文化因素的影响，文体因素以及工具书的选择，这些都是学生在翻译过程中遇到的问题。知道问题所在就要寻找解决方法。首先学生要了解译员的基本要求，翻译的原则，翻译的过程以及翻译练习。这些对成为合格译员有着非常重要的作用。翻译课堂在提高学生翻译能力上也有着重大影响。中国的翻译课堂并不完善，比如课时，师资等问题。这些使得翻译课落后与其它英语课程。通过问卷调查，对调查结果进行研究，并找出了原因。以上方面对于学生成为合格译员有着重要作用。

How to Become a Competent Translator

Abstract: With the development of globalization，the whole world is like a village. Translation is a cultural bridge and communicative tool among different languages, and also a link and bond between native culture and foreign culture. China is developing quickly, so more and more competent translators are in great demand. The first step to become a competent translator is to understand what the problems they face, such as mother-tough negative interference, the difference between Chinese and English in ways of thinking, the influence of culture and the style of texts and so on. Then the paper analyzes the reasons causing the problems and finds the solutions to solve them. First, student must understand the basic requirements, the process of translation and does more translation practice, all of which are important for becoming a competent translator. The translation classes play an important part in boosting translation competence. Translation course is relatively fall behind other English courses at present. Although the importance and definition have been demonstrated, the teaching methods, translation tests, teaching materials, teaching research and professional teacher cultivation are far inferior to other English course. In this paper, a survey has been made in order to understand the situation of translation course better. The author analyzes the reasons and suggests that students should use the translation tool skillfully. The purpose of this paper is to help translator strengthen their translation competence.
