我国企业全球化战略观下的国际精英培养探讨

Abstract
This paper focuses on the problem which is brought by the globalization strategy of Chinese enterprises---- the shortage of international elites. Since 21 century, Chinese enterprises has started to go out of the country, tried to enlarge the customers’ group and  adapted the global economic integration. But it was regrettable that the process of globalizing of enterprises was not a plain sailing, it seemed that foreign markets do not welcome Chinese enterprises’ approach. Manager could not in control of his subordinates and companies. Employees did not understand instructions and could not carry out theirs mandate. Even worse, the public was not accept those products and services the company provides. For its reason, the most important point was that Chinese enterprises were lack of suitable international elites. Why is this so? It is because this kind of elites is an important ring to link up the whole industry chain. Is the products satisfy the customers? Why management goes wrong? Within the help of international elites, we can make to know what we need to deal with much easier, and these problems will be solved. So, how can we increase our international elites? What craftsmanship do they have had? Using what method to cultivate them? How to make them suitable for our enterprises? All these questions’ answers can be found in this thesis. And also, the feasibility of cultivating international elites inboard will be analyzed.

中文摘要
随着世界经济的发展,全球经济一体化已成为不可逆的趋势。我国企业经过多年准备,也开始投身于国际化进程当中。但随着国际化程度的加深,存在于企业中的各种问题开始暴露出来,而其中最值得关注的一个问题就是人才短缺。这种人才指的不是一般人才,而是具有跨文化经营技能的国际性人才,我国企业的“走出去”战略所面临的困境也来源于此。作为联系整个企业上下的关键人物,国际性人才的作用是不言而喻的,他们既联结了企业内部,又是企业对外沟通的桥梁。因此,我们迫切需要提高国际性人才的质和量,以迎接来自全世界的挑战。本文基于我国企业的国际化战略需要,对各种跨文化人才培训设计理论进行深入的分析和探讨,并初步建立了一套适合我国企业使用的国际性人才培训方法。
