B2B市场对中国的对外贸易发展的影响分析

ABSTRACT
The famous business man Mr. Liang Chunxiao in the International Trading Fair in electronic commerce center Beijing pointed out: "If only the Chinese industry and commerce enterprise enters the electronic commerce domains, can it be the real turning point of the Chinese electronic commerce application and its development." The progress made in the information technology over the last decade has been tremendous and many web-based organization-to-organization information and transactional systems have grown up rapidly. Organizations can no longer stand still and ignore these technologies in their foreign trade business development. This paper aims at discovering the success and substantial benefit of B2B market places as well as the impact on China’s traditional foreign trade manner. Through illustrating the recent development of the fast advancing B2B marketplace and its impact and opportunities on changing China’s traditional business environment, the writer has recognized that foreign trade companies should adapt themselves to a new form of inter-organizational relationships, particularly the issues of China’s foreign trade development is the focal point of the discussion. Meanwhile, this paper will also deal with the identification and evaluation of the benefits and challenges that face the foreign trade development progress, and emphasize primarily on the increasing B2B marketplace's impact on trade relationship, business competitiveness, responsiveness to the market needs across their information sharing. Views on China’s new foreign trade operational strategy will also be argued because the B2B marketplace stands prominently and attracts a great deal of attention across the world. The writer hopes that it can help the jobholder who is intended to engage in the foreign trade import and export occupation in China and theoretically establish a first-stage for my own career.

北京电子商务中心梁春晓先生指出:“只有中国工商企业进入电子商务领域,才是中国电子商务应用与发展的真正转折”。过去十年里,信息技术的进步带来很大的影响,许多以网络为基础的企业对企业信息处理系统快速地发展。各种机构再也不能无视这些技术发展带来的有关对外贸易发展的影响。这篇论文的目的是找出这其中许多成功的及潜在的价值,以及这里所隐藏的对传统对外贸易的冲击及挑战。通过分析当前快速发展的B2B数字交易平台在改变中国传统经济环境的同时所带来的机遇及挑战,作者指出中国商界应意识到适应一种新的经济发展趋势的需求,而这时,中国对外贸易行业的发展,已成为业界关注的热点。这篇论文还会提出验证及评估B2B对中国对外贸易过程中的利弊,重点指出B2B交易平台的资源共享对贸易供需关系、企业竞争力所带来的冲击。因为B2B交易平台得到了世界极大的关注,论文也将讨论关于B2B交易平台有用的可持续发展对外贸易战略。通过此分析,希望能对在中国从事对外贸易进出口工作的从业人员有所帮助;同时也对自己的就业前景及职业规划在理论上打好初步基础,在心理上作好从事此事业的思想准备工作。
