国电电力投资报告分析

本文根据上市公司（国电电力）10、11年的会计报表中的资产负债表、损益表、现金流量表的数据，通过组合和基本分析原理，利用一定的财务比率指标，比较分析上市场公司的偿债能力、资本结构、盈利营运能力和投资价值。并分析上市公司财务报表中出现的风险情况以提高其投资价值，降低财务风险。

Abstract
In this paper,we according to the data of balance sheet, profit－and－loss statement, cash-flow statement in the accounting statement of listed company(GD POWER DEVELOPMENT CO,LTD) in 2006 and 2007, this thesis compares and analyses the repayment capability, capital structure, profit-earning and operating capability, investment value by the theory of portfolio and basic analysis, and the using of certain financial ratios. Besides, with the purpose of raising the company’s investment value and reduce the financial risk, this thesis analyses the risk situation occurred in the financial statement of listed company.
