常德观光农业旅游开发初探

摘 要
观光农业又称休闲农业，旅游农业，是以农业活动为基础的第一产业向第三产业的延伸，是农业、旅游业结合的一种新型农业。常德发展观光农业拥有丰富的观光农业旅游资源和广阔的客源市场。发展观光农业对于带动常德经济发展、培育高科技农业、改善生态环境具有重要的意义。常德市在观光农业开发过程中出现了诸如参与性不强、接待落后、重复建设严重等问题，这要求在发展观光农业时必须重视旅游市场营销、增强参与性，完善基础设施建设，科学规划布局，开发高质量的旅游产品，只有这样，常德观光农业才能实现可持续发展。

Research of sightseeing agriculture traveling development in Changde

Abstract
Sightseeing agriculture, which is also called leisure agriculture or tour agriculture, is the extention from the first industry based on agricultural activities to the tertiary industry, and it is a new type of agriculture with the interlinking of agriculture and tourism. There exist rich resources of sightseeing agriculture and wide tourist markets in Changde. Changde will benefit a lot from developing tour agriculture, through which it can enhance Changde's economic development, cultivate the high agriculture and improve ecological environment. But there are some problems during the development of tour agriculture in Changde, such as its non-active participation,backwardness of reception and repetation of establishment, which requires to emphasize the market sales,  enhance the participation, perfect the facilities of infrastructure, plan scientific distribution and develop the tour products with high-quality. Only in this way, can Changde's sightseeing agriculture achieve its sustained development.
