怀化市民族体育旅游的发展前景与对策探讨
摘 要
怀化市民族体育旅游资源丰富，包括龙舟赛、龙狮舞、灯舞、麒麟舞类等等，这些民族体育项目文化内涵奇特、浑厚，种类繁多，历史传承久远，具有多功能性，危险性小，而且项目的开发具有独特性，开发的潜力异常巨大。但是怀化市民族体育作为旅游资源来开发的时间却较晚，在取得一定业绩和经验的同时，仍存在着政府宏观调控力度不够、资源开发没有形成统一规划和布局、基础设施不完善、对民族体育文化的保护和发展缺乏应有的重视、宣传促销力度不够、从业人员素质较低等问题。因此，怀化市民族体育旅游开发应加强政府的调控力度,加强区域间的协作；搞好项目开发；加强宣传促销,打开客源市场；多方集资,加强基础设施建设；构建专业民族体育旅游业人才网；坚持走民族体育旅游的可持续发展道路。

The Huaihua national sport tourist resources are rich, including dragon boat race, dragon lion dance, lamp dance, unicorn dance class and so on, these national sport project culture connotations is unusual, is vigorous, the great variety, the historical inheritance is remote, has multi-purpose, the risk is small, moreover the project development has the distinctive quality, the development potential is exceptionally huge. But the Huaihua national sport develops as the tourist resources the time is actually late, while obtains certain achievement and experience's, still has the government macroeconomic regulation and control dynamics to be insufficient, the resource development has not formed the unified plan and the layout, the infrastructure imperfect, lacks to the national sport culture protection and the development proper takes, the propaganda incentive to be insufficient, jobholders quality low status question. Therefore, the Huaihua national sport traveling development should strengthen government's regulative dynamics, strengthens the regional cooperation; Does well the project development; Strengthens the propaganda promotion, opens the source of tourists market; Gathers capital, to strengthen the infrastructural facilities in every way; Constructs the specialized national sport tourism talented person net; Unifies the sports and the protection natural cultural
heritage; Takes the sustainable development path.
