新假日制度下怀化旅行社发展对策研究


摘要
2008年国务院对法定节假日作了调整,成为“两个7天长假、5个3天小长假”的假日模式,对我国旅游业而言是机遇与挑战并存。本文以怀化旅行社企业为研究对象,分析新假日制度下的发展对策。首先分析了新假日变化的特点,主要表现为时间缩短,次数增加,总假日数略有增多。其次通过调查访谈了解怀化市区旅游者旅游行为变化特征,最大的特点是向短途旅游、自助旅游转变。最后在此基础上提出怀化旅行社发展的对策:一是编排短途旅游线路,二是改变市场营销策略。

A Study on Countermeasures of Travel
Agency Base on the New Legal Holiday in huaihua

Abstract
In 2008, the council of statutory holidays becomes pattern of "two seven-day vacation, and five three-day vacation. This adjusting is opportunity and challenge for our domestic tourism market. In this article, I based on HuaiHua travel enterprises as the research object, analyzed the new holiday system development countermeasures. Firstly I analyzed the characteristics of the new holiday changes, mainly for shorter time, number, and number slightly increased in holiday, Secondly I used the investigation interview to understand  the change characteristics of  urban travelers, the biggest characteristic is to excursion, self-help tour. Finally I put forward countermeasures to develop HuaiHua travel agency: one is the arrangement of short tourist routes, the other is to change the marketing strategy.
