龙潭旅游资源开发研究

摘 要
乡村旅游已成为国内的一种新兴的旅游形式。本文在研究相关文献的基础上，对国内外乡村旅游研究成果进行了梳理。在此基础上通过龙潭区旅游资源的实地考察，对龙潭区的乡村旅游资源进行整理分类：自然旅游资源主要有神奇的山背梯田、广袤的米粮洞自然保护区和丰富的水体旅游资源；人文旅游资源主要有抗日战争遗址、古建筑群和民俗风情旅游资源。从历史文化价值、艺术观赏价值、科学考察价值三个方面对龙潭乡村旅游资源价值评价，从自然环境、经济环境、区位条件、客源条件和社会文化条件五个方面对龙潭乡村旅游资源开发条件评价，提出龙潭乡村旅游资源开发原则以及龙潭自然风景旅游资源、文物古迹旅游资源、民俗风情旅游资源的开发模式。

A Study on exploiting the tourist attraction in Longtan
Abstract

Rural tourism has become popular in China. Based on the relevant articles and researches, this article sorted out the researching achievements. Through the survey on Longtan, tourist attractions there were divided into tow types: natural ones (including Shanbei terrace, Moliang cave nature reserve and water tourism resource) and artificial ones (including relics of anti-Japanese war，ancient construction complex and focal custom tourism resources ) . The paper also analyzed the value and developing conditions on its natural environment, economic circumstance, location, market and social culture, then put forward the principles for exploiting them, and contrived the development model for Longtan’s natural tourist attractions, interests of history, and focal custom..
