麻阳县长寿老人与体育活动相关性的研究
摘 要
本文运用文献资料法、田野调查法等，对连续两年被评为“中国长寿之乡”的麻阳县其中9位长寿老人日常锻炼情况，进行实地访问，结果显示：有90%的长寿老人都居住在农村,他们都是能言善变、思想开朗、讲究卫生和热爱劳动，经常做家务活，这些长寿老人对体育有较强的依赖性和自觉的参与性，身体活动所占的时间较长；其中，麻阳人们的生活环境尤为舒适，有山，有水，空气清晰，阳光充足，四季分明，有适合老年人居住的自然环境和天然气候；麻阳苗族群众的生产方式对健康有重要的影响，麻阳苗族群众以劳动的生产方式锻炼身体增强体质，经常参加劳动能增进健康，养成终身劳动的习惯；麻阳民间体育组织尤为丰富，通过每年一届的农民运动会、龙舟赛等明间体育活动来增强农民群众对体育的热爱和自觉参与性，促进农村体育事业的发展。事实证明了长寿与体育活动是密不可分的，老年人参加体育活动可以减缓身体结构功能的退化速度，可以改善身体器官功能，从而达到延年益寿的目的。

Abstract
In this paper, I conduct site surveys to the longevity of nine elderly day-to-day exercise in mayang county which was named "Chinese Changshouzhixiang"for two consecutive years through the way of literature, field survey and so on . The conducted field visits showed that: 90 percent of the elderly Live in village, they are able to statement changeable, thinking cheerful, loving stresses health and labour, often doing housework, the longevity of the elderly have a stronger dependence and conscious participation, pay more time to take acctivity; them, Mayang people's living environment are more comfortable, mountains, water, air clear, sunny, four distinct seasons, suitable for elderly people living in the natural environment and natural climate; Mayang Miao people's mode of production is good for health, Mayang Miao people use the working modes of production to take sports to increase physical exercise.It can make health by working often, develop the habit of working a lifetime;
The sports organizations in the people is very important, farmers through the annual session of the Games, Dragon Boatsports activities, such as that between the masses of peasants to enhance the sports and love for them to participate in and promote the development of sports undertakings in rural areas. Facts have proved that the longevity can't live without sports, the elderly can slow down the degradation of the body structure and function of speed with participating in sports activities , can improve the physical organ, in orde to achieve the purpose of longevity.
