xx学院网球专业学生网球肘状况的调查与防治

摘  要
本文通过文献资料法，问卷调查法对怀化学院网球专业学生的网球肘认知情况，网球肘的发病现状、成因等方面进行调查和研究。旨在提高网球专业学生对网球肘的认知，减少网球肘的损伤,为怀化学院网球专业学生网球肘的治疗和预防提供参考。本文调查结果显示有48%的怀化学院网球专业学生对网球肘的病理现象不了解，且对治疗和预防手段了解甚少。同时发现患网球肘的人数为调查总人数的24%，主要表现在外侧疼痛和轻微疼痛，严重影响击球动作。说明怀化学院网球专业学生对网球肘的认知不足，而网球肘的现象比较严重，需要引起怀化学院学生对网球肘现象的重视，全方面了解网球肘治疗及预防的知识。

The Tennis Elbow Condition Investigation and Prevention of the Major of Tennis Students in Huaihua University

Abstract
This article carries on the investigation and the research about the recogition situation of tennis elbow of Huaihua College tennis professional students,the tennis elbow's morbidity present situation and its causes,and some other aspects through the literature material law, the questionnaire suruey procedure.It aims at improving the tennis professional students' recogition of tennis elbow and reducing the damage of tennis elbow.Moreover,the article can provide the reference for the treatment and the prevention of Huaihua College tennis professional Students' tennis elbow.The result of the survey shows that 48% of the tennis professional students in Huahua College don't know its pathology phenomenon clearly and are of little knowledge about how to treat and prvent.There are 24% of the tennis professional students in all have the tennis elbow.They mainyl display in the flank ache and the slight ache,wich severely influences the movement hitting a ball.To surn up,Huaihua College tennis professional students have an unadequate cognition of tennis elbow.However,this phenomenon is now becoming more serious.So we should pay more attention to the phenomenon and learn relative knowledge about curing and prevnting tennis elbow in all aspects.
