舞龙竞赛规则对现代女子舞龙运动发展的探讨

摘  要
舞龙运动作为中华民族优秀的传统体育项目，它有着悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础，且经过历代相传，鼎盛而不衰。随着社会的不断发展，舞龙运动不单单是由男子参加，女子舞龙运动也慢慢的活跃起来。本文采用文献资料、专家访谈、归纳总结等方法，对舞龙竞赛规则的内容特点进行了分析分别从场地与器材；舞龙动作的分类和难度；自选套路的有关规定；规定套路评分的有关规定；新增舞龙项目竞赛规则；对女子舞龙运动发展的利弊方面进行初步探讨，一一对比分析。本文也对中国舞龙界的前辈专家以及从事舞龙运动的教练和女运动员进行访问和交谈归纳总结舞龙竞赛规则对现代女子舞龙运动发展的影响，提出建议，为能更好的发展女子舞龙运动做参考。

Dragon Dance Contest Rule to Modern Female Dragon Dance Movement Development Discussion
 
Abstract
AS the national outstanding traditional sports items of china, dragon dance movement has the glorious history and wide base of mass , and hands down after all previous dynasties, and its prosperous does not fade. As the development of scienty, the dragon dance movement is not only participates by the man, the women's dragon dance movement also slowly enlivens. This article uses methods of literature material, expert interview and induction summary, and has analysis  content characteristic of contest rule of dragon dance  from the location and the equipment; Dragon dance movement classification and difficulty;Optional repertoire concerned requirements; Stipulates the repertoire the concerned requirements; Additional dragon dance project contest rule; Carries on the preliminary discussion to the women's dragon dance movement development's advantages aspect,  contrastive analyses every rule. This article is also visit and talke to the senior expert of Chinese dragon dance ,the couch and the female athlete and summarize the influence of the rule of dragon dance contest to the modern women's dragon dance movement's development ,and puts forward the proposal, make the reference for  the better development of women's dragon dance movement.
