x学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤的调查与分析

摘  要
采用文献资料法、访问法、问卷调查法对怀化学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤的基本情况进行了调查研究，分析了损伤原因，提出了相应的对策和治疗的方法，以便在今后的乒乓球训练和比赛中，预防和减少怀化学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤的发生，为怀化学院乒乓球教学提供参考。调查结果显示：怀化学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤情况较严重，发生率达70.00%；发生运动损伤最多的部位是肩关节，达到了62.86 ％，然后依次为腰部、膝关节、踝关节、肘关节、腕关节、指关节。引发怀化学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤的主要原因共有6个，它们是：训练水平不足、准备活动不充分、思想因素、疲劳堆积、身体素质差、运动场地和器械不全面。针对以上诸多因素所造成的损伤，提出了可行性建议。

The Investigation and Analysis on Athletic Injury of
PingPong Special Courses in Huaihua University

Abstract
In this paper, it adopts the questionnaire, literature and the method of visiting to survey and research the basic situation of sports injury in Huaihua College table tennis special lessons. The paper analyzes the causes of injury and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods of treatment in order to prevent and reduce the occurance of sports injury in Huaihua College table tennis special lessons in the future of table tennis training and competition. At the same time, it provides the teaching reference to Huaihua College table tennis. The results of survey showed that: the injuries situation of Huaihua College table tennis special lesson is more serious, the incidence rate of 70.00%; 04 specialized table tennis majors are more serious than 06 specialized table tennis majors. The position of occurrence sports injuries is the site of shoulder, which is reaching 62.86%, and then it is to be placed in the following positions: such as, waist, knee, ankle, elbow, wrist and finger joints. There are six main causes of occurring sports injury of Huaihua College table tennis special lessons, which are: insufficient training level, inadequate preparation of warming-up exercises, ideological factors, the accumulation of fatigue, poor physical condition and the sports venues and insufficient equipments. In view of the above factors of causing sports injury, this papar puts forward the feasible proposals.
