酒店客房经营管理问题研究

摘  要
随着经济的发展，酒店行业日渐繁荣，酒店行业的竞争也进入了白热化的程度。改善酒店的管理、提升酒店的服务质量是酒店在竞争中求胜的重要途径。客房部作为酒店最为重要的职能部门在提高酒店服务质量的管理中起着至关重要的作用，客房部提供的客房商品质量是酒店商品质量的标志。因此，提升客房服务质量对于整个酒店服务质量的提升有着显著作用。本论文首先找出和分析客房经营管理中存在的问题。这些问题包括硬件和软件两个方面问题。其中硬件问题包括客房设备用品问题、客房内部装饰问题、客房安全管理问题和客房卫生问题；软件问题包括人力资源、个性化服务和超额预订问题。解决这两个方面的问题，对于酒店的可持续发展有着重大的意义；本文对当前酒店客房管理中存在的问题提出了分析和解决方案。
本论文共分为四个部分：
第一部分是酒店客房概述，介绍了酒店和客房的功能以及本论文的研究意义；第二部分对酒店客房管理中存在的问题进行了分析，其中包括硬件问题和软件问题两个方面；第三部分对酒店客房中的硬件和软件问题提出了解决方案；第四部分是对全文的概括和总结。
本研究采用的主要研究方法有文献研究法、访谈法和问卷调查法。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the hotel industry has been rapidly development. Along with the development of hotel industry, the competition become into a fevered pitch. Housekeeping Department is very important in improving the quality of hotel services. So how to improve the quality of hotel services is an urgent problem. First, we should analyze the problems in room management. There are two problems, hardware and software problems. Hardware problems, including room equipment supplies, room interiors, room safe management and room health problems. Software problems including human resources, personalized service and overbooked. Secondly, it is very important to solve these problems. This thesis introduces the problems in the development of hotel, and gives suggestions about how to solve the problems of hotel rooms.
