海南度假酒店现状与发展趋势

摘  要
随着2010年1月4号《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》的出台并实施，海南的旅游业迎来了更好的发展机遇，当然机遇与挑战是并存的。作为旅游产业的配套设施如何发展海南度假酒店产业就成了当地政府部门亟待解决的问题。海南的度假酒店经过了三十几年的发展，在取得了一定得发展优势的同时也存在的一些问题这些问题制约了度假酒店的进一步发展，也阻碍了海南国际旅游岛的建设与发展。在国家建立海南国际旅游岛的大背景下，如何解决度假酒店现有的问题也成为当务之急。因此本文首先分析了海南度假酒店产业的现状及存在的问题，并在明确了一些基础性概念的基础上结合当今国内外旅游人士对海岛旅游以及度假酒店研究成果，在借鉴国际海岛度假酒店发展经验，提出了海南度假酒店发展策略——“重内修、强外联”。

ABSTRACT
As the “Suggestions on How to construct and develop international tourism of Hainan Island from state council” announced on fourth January 2010，the tourism industry had faced a better opportunity，however，along with which is challenge. How to develop the Hainan Resorts，which are supporting facilities of tourism industry ，has became a great problem that requires to be solved by local government. Also, during thirty years，resorts in Hainan have made a great progress，but at the same time there are many issues that limit the development of it. Under the background of constructions on international tourism island，to solve the problem is the urgent task. Consequently，this thesis first analyze the present state and the existing problems on Hainan Resorts，and then give a related develop strategy through some basic concepts, achievements from tourism scholar on Hainan resorts and the development experiences from international island resorts. The strategy emphasizes”Focus on inner practice, strengthen outer association”.
