低碳经济背景下的我国贸易转型问题研究

进入新世纪以来，地球的生态环境破坏变的日益严重，全球气候变的越来越不稳定，此时的人类不得不开始探寻另一种经济发展模式，使经济发展和社会发展能与生态环境相和谐。从而，低碳经济发展模式便应运而生。本文分为四个方面来谈低碳经济背景下我国贸易转型问题。首先，从总体上来认识低碳经济及其对国际贸易的影响；第二，在低碳经济背景下来观察世界贸易发生的变化，从而正确认识低碳经济条件下的世界贸易发展问题；然后，预测低碳经济下，国际贸易的发展趋势，以利于低碳经济下，经济发展方向的确定；最后，从解决我国在低碳经济下的贸易发展问题入手，提出我国应采取的对策措施。

Low carbon economy in China under the background of trade transition problem research
Abstract

Since the beginning of the new century, the Earth's ecological environment destruction has become increasingly serious and increasingly unstable global climate change, this time humans have begun to explore another model of economic development, economic development and social development and ecological environmentharmony. Thus, low-carbon model of economic development have come into being. This article is divided into four aspects to talk about China's trade restructuring in the context of low-carbon economy.First of all, came from the overall understanding of low-carbon economy and its impact on international trade; Second, observe the changes of world trade down in the background of a low carbon economy, to a correct understanding of the world trade development in conditions of low-carbon economy; then predictlow-carbon economy, the trend of development of international trade, in order to facilitate low-carbon economy, economic development direction; Finally, from start to solve China's trade development issues in low-carbon economy, the country should adopt countermeasures.
