成长期家族企业的人力资源激励问题研究


摘 要

家族企业是世界范围内最为普遍的企业形态之一,已经成为中国经济发展中一支不可忽视的力量,在社会主义市场经济中发挥了极其重要的作用。成长期作为家族企业生命周期中最有特点、最有代表性的阶段,对家族企业的平稳过渡和长期发展意义重大。本文主要分析了我国成长期家族企业的特点,员工激励现状、存在的问题和原因,而这些问题直接导致家族企业人员流失严重、企业凝聚力降低和经营管理水平下降等后果。要改变这种状况,家族企业就要建立及时有效的信息反馈机制,建立和完善绩效考核体系和薪酬体系,加强企业文化建设,通过正确分析员工个体差异,采用多种激励手段,引进科学合理的激励机制等,实现成长期家族企业更好更快的发展。

Abstract

 Family businesses are the most common worldwide form of the businesses . Family businesses have become a force that cannot be ignored in the socialist market economy in China’s economic development, playing a very important role. Growing phase, as the most characteristic and representative phase of a family business life cycle, is of significance for the smooth transition of family business and long- term development. This paper analyzes the incentive to the employees of current family businesses’ growth, the existing problems and reasons. And these problems directly lead to consequences such as personnel erosion of family businesses, enterprise cohesion reduce and management levels decline. In order to change this situation, a family enterprise should establish perfect human resources and incentive mechanism, establish incentive goals and timely and effective information feedback mechanism, establish and improve the performance appraisal system and compensation system, improve the quality of entrepreneur, strengthen the building of enterprise culture, reform enterprise management mechanism and structure, and also introduce of advanced enterprise system, etc, so as to achieve better and faster growth development of family businesses .
